Please Read Below As We Have Some Important Tips Before Working With Us
Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step toward securing the best deals in the market and increasing your wealth with us. We’ve put together a few tips to help you access our deals quickly and increase your chances of grabbing them, as they tend to move fast.
- We send all of our available deals on the WEBSITE between 6 PM – 7 PM EST. Typically, we add 1-2 new properties daily, and you can check out our current listings here.
- The following morning, we’ll EMAIL you the deal at 8:30 AM EST. Look for an email from Christian at Ideal Builder. The subject line will contain the property address (we aim to avoid spamming and keep it simple
- If you provided your phone number in the form, you’ll also receive the property details directly to your phone via TEXT at 9:15 AM EST.
- The quickest way to reach us is by phone or text, as emails tend to be slower.
- Wholesalers: Please DO NOT mass-email or blast out our deals without our written approval, as this is against the law.
- Realtors: We enjoy partnering with realtors and offer a 2% commission. Feel free to ask us how we can collaborate.
